Off again

Hello all
just a quick post letting my loyal followers know that I will be posting regularly again.

I have been working in Alice Springs for the last six months and the time has come to move on again.

While it has been good to see the parched Central Australian landscape turn from brown and dry to lush and green, I won't be sorry to get somewhere cooler for a while.
Since well before Christmas the temperature has been hovering in the mid to high 30's.
The last 6 weeks or so high humidity has accompanied it............

Tomorrow I plan on packing everything back in my camper and anyone who has ever had limited space will know, this is a work of art.
Wednesday I plan to head out to Palm Valley for a couple of days, before coming back, restocking and heading South.
I hope to travel the Oodnadatta Track again and take a flight over Lake Eyre, but this depends on weather.
There is still a lot of stormy weather around, and all it would take is a good storm to close the road.

Lastly, a big shout out to the lovely people I have met along the roads and tracks, who keep in touch regularly (you know who you are) and the well over 25,000 people who have viewed this blog...................that just astounds me!
Thank you, it makes doing the blog worthwhile.
Stay tuned though as it will be getting updated a lot more often now.

Bye for now.............
